Adam Dunn
Resident Lighting Designer & Core Artistic Collaborator and Associate
Adam Dunn has been an integral part of Ojai Youth Entertainers Studio (OYES) since 2016, serving as our Resident Lighting Designer and Core Artistic Collaborator. In his role, Adam has played a major part in shaping the creative vision of our productions and enhancing the educational experience for our students. He was instrumental in developing the lighting and grid design for the OYES Youth Center Theater, co-directing the technical and creative layout that defined the immersive, high-quality theater experience our youth programs are known for.
Beyond his design work, Adam has contributed significantly to the evolution of OYES’s curriculum and production philosophy, bringing both technical excellence and a deep commitment to youth development. His insight and artistry continue to influence the aesthetic direction and collaborative spirit of our program.
Since 2019, Adam has also been a proud Cast Member at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, where he operates as a Lighting Technician at the Hyperion Theater and serves as a Team Lead for Disney’s spectacular Fantasmic! production. He continues to run operations and design at OYES while bringing world-class professional experience from his work with Disney to everything he touches in our local theater community.
